Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated 18 August 2026
This policy explains the 14-day money-back guarantee that covers every OpsCores payment, how to cancel a paid subscription, and what happens when you do. OpsCores is operated by Deplyra; payments are processed by Paddle.
Your 14-day money-back guarantee
Every payment you make for OpsCores is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. Tell us within 14 days of any charge that you want that money back and we will refund the charge in full. There are no conditions: you do not need a reason, nothing has to be unused, and it applies to every charge, including renewals and added seats. When we refund a subscription payment we also end the subscription it paid for, so you are not charged again. Your records are kept exactly as described under "What happens after you cancel"; nothing is deleted.
How billing works
OpsCores has a permanent Free plan that needs no card. Pro is a paid subscription billed per active user. There is no free trial and nothing charges automatically at the end of one: Pro is pay-to-activate, so you are only ever charged after you deliberately activate it, and the price you will pay, including the founding rate and its exact step-up date where one applies, is shown before you pay.
Paddle is the Merchant of Record
All OpsCores purchases are processed by our payments partner Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record: the charge on your statement and your invoice come from Paddle, and any refund is returned by Paddle to the payment method you paid with. Buyers can also reach Paddle's own support at paddle.net.
How to cancel
Cancel yourself at any time from your Billing page (opscores.com/billing, signed in as the owner or an admin): choose "Cancel subscription" and confirm. You can also email help@deplyra.com from the owner or an admin account and we will cancel for you, confirming by reply. Either way there is no cancellation fee, cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, you are not charged again after that, and your Billing page shows the exact end date. You can undo the cancellation from the same page at any time before the period ends.
What happens after you cancel
You keep full Pro access until the end of the period you have paid for. When the subscription ends the workspace locks: nothing is deleted and your records stay safely stored, but day-to-day use pauses until you choose what happens next. You can reactivate Pro at any time, move to the permanent Free plan if your team fits its limits (up to 5 users and one site), and ask us at any point to export your data or to delete it. Email help@deplyra.com for any of these and a person will sort it with you.
Refunds after the 14-day window
Cancellation runs to the end of the period you have paid for and you keep full access for all of that time, so once a payment is more than 14 days old we do not refund the unused remainder of a billing period as standard. Billing errors are different and have no time limit: if we have charged you after your cancellation took effect, charged you twice, or charged you for the wrong number of users, tell us whenever you notice and we will put it right and refund the difference in full through Paddle.
Your statutory rights
OpsCores is sold to organisations for business use. If you purchase as a consumer, nothing in this policy limits or excludes the statutory rights you have under UK or EU consumer law, including any withdrawal or cancellation right that applies to you.
How to request a refund
Email help@deplyra.com with your organisation name and the email address on your account. The Paddle order number from your receipt helps us find the charge faster, but you can leave it out. A person reads that inbox and will confirm your refund by reply. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, Paddle then returns the money to the payment method you paid with, and you can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net.
