Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated 17 August 2026
This policy explains how to cancel a paid OpsCores subscription, what happens when you do, and how refunds are handled. OpsCores is operated by Deplyra; payments are processed by Paddle.
How billing works
OpsCores has a permanent Free plan that needs no card. Pro is a paid subscription billed per active user. There is no free trial and nothing charges automatically at the end of one: Pro is pay-to-activate, so you are only ever charged after you deliberately activate it, and the price you will pay, including the founding rate and its exact step-up date where one applies, is shown before you pay.
Paddle is the Merchant of Record
All OpsCores purchases are processed by our payments partner Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record: the charge on your statement and your invoice come from Paddle, and any refund is returned by Paddle to the payment method you paid with. Buyers can also reach Paddle's own support at paddle.net.
How to cancel
Email help@deplyra.com from the owner or an admin account of your workspace and we will cancel the subscription, confirming by reply. There is no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.
What happens after you cancel
You keep full Pro access until the end of the period you have paid for. Your workspace then moves to the Free plan: Pro-only features lock, and nothing is deleted. Your records stay in place and available for export, and data is only ever deleted if you ask us to delete it.
Refunds
Because cancellation runs to the end of the period you have paid for and you keep access for all of that time, we do not offer refunds for the unused remainder of a billing period as standard. If we have charged you in error, for example a charge after your cancellation took effect, a duplicate charge or a charge for the wrong number of users, tell us and we will put it right and refund the difference through Paddle.
Your statutory rights
OpsCores is sold to organisations for business use. If you purchase as a consumer, nothing in this policy limits or excludes the statutory rights you have under UK or EU consumer law, including any withdrawal or cancellation right that applies to you.
How to request a refund
Email help@deplyra.com with your organisation name, the email address on the account, and the Paddle order or invoice number from your receipt. You can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net. Where a refund is agreed, Paddle processes it back to the original payment method.
