Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Free is permanent for up to 5 users and one site, no card needed. Every new account also starts with a 14-day full-Pro trial; when it ends you simply drop to Free unless you upgrade.
How is Pro billed?
Per active employee, per month (or annually for two months free). New organisations pay a founding rate of £8/user/month for their first 6 months, then the standard £16. You will always see your exact step-up date at checkout, in billing settings, and in reminder emails before it changes.
What happens if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Pro-only features simply lock and show an upgrade prompt; your data stays exactly where it is.
What counts as an AI credit?
Each AI action costs credits: Document-to-form scan = 5, Proof-photo check = 1, Voice-to-task (per minute) = 2. The daily briefing is free. Free includes 0 credits; Pro includes a monthly allowance; Enterprise has a higher allowance with a fair-use cap.
What is in Enterprise?
A custom annual quote that adds SSO (Google/Microsoft), enforced 2FA, API access and webhooks, a higher AI allowance, priority support, custom onboarding, a volume discount off £16, and EU data hosting (our servers are in Germany). Talk to us and we will shape a rollout.
