These terms govern use of OpsCores, operated by Deplyra. By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.

The service

OpsCores provides workforce operations software on a subscription basis across Free, Pro and Enterprise plans. Plan entitlements are enforced by the platform.

Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for your users’ activity and for keeping credentials secure. You must not misuse the service or attempt to circumvent plan entitlements or tenant isolation.

Billing

Paid plans are billed per active employee. Seats sync to your real headcount. Downgrades take effect at the period end and never delete your data.

Availability & liability

We aim for high availability but provide the service “as is” to the extent permitted by law; our liability is limited as set out in your order or these terms.

Termination

You may cancel at any time; your data remains available for export for a defined window before deletion on request.
