Friday Pack is OpsCores' term for a weekly compliance evidence pack: a single, dated bundle that gathers together everything a site produced during the week, such as completed inspection forms, RAMS sign-off sheets, toolbox talk records, photos, and checklist results. It is a workflow and reporting concept rather than a legal regulation.

The idea addresses a common problem on site, where compliance records exist but are scattered across notebooks, phones, and individuals. Compiling them into one organised pack at the end of each week makes it far easier to demonstrate what was done, when, and by whom.
