What goes into a Friday Pack

A typical weekly pack for one site pulls together:

  • Daily site diaries — one per working day, supervisor-signed.
  • Toolbox talks — the week’s briefings, with a signed attendance list per talk.
  • Permits to work — hot works, confined space and height permits, with photos.
  • Inspections — PUWER weekly equipment checks and LOLER lifting checks.
  • Attendance — a geofenced check-in log proving who was on site, when.
