Recurring daily and weekly checks
Configure environmental, health-and-safety and housekeeping checks to recur automatically, so a daily walkaround or weekly water check is prompted on time and completed with photos and statuses. Each entry is timestamped, giving you a continuous record rather than gaps in a diary.
Briefings and sign-off for policies and procedures
Brief updated policies, procedures and safe systems of work to staff and capture their signature against the current controlled version, held in the signature vault. Superseded documents are held back so a team member cannot sign off an out-of-date policy, and sign-off works offline if connectivity is patchy.
Digital registers with expiry alerts for training and certificates
Hold training records, DBS dates and certificates as digital registers instead of a spreadsheet. Expiry alerts flag a lapsing training requirement early, and assignment blocking can stop a task being allocated to someone whose record does not yet cover it.
Evidence assembled weekly, filed automatically
OpsCores compiles the week's completed checks, briefings and reports into a single dated PDF and files supporting documents by week-ending in the document library. When an inspector or commissioner asks for evidence, it is already organised by week and easy to produce.

Can OpsCores track training and DBS expiry dates?
Yes. Training and certificate records are kept as digital registers with expiry alerts, so a lapsing requirement is flagged before it becomes a compliance gap.
How is evidence produced for an inspection?
Completed checks, signed briefings and reports are auto-compiled into a dated weekly PDF, and documents are filed by week-ending, so a period of evidence is already assembled when it is requested.
